Specialist in energy economics and environmental studies, with over 10 years of experience in developing business plans, investment studies, strategic documents, and preparing and implementing EU projects. Beyond his role as a project manager, Dino worked as a Portfolio Analyst in the energy sector, refining his analytical and research skills while providing financial and investment solutions. At GANTT Consulting, he has further specialized in project management, data analysis, business modeling, and creating custom reports tailored to client needs.

As the "extended arm" for Tino Šušković in his role as an internal/fractional CFO, Dino is fully focused on Excel-based tasks, such as analyzing the current state, planning, budgeting, modeling, creating custom operational spreadsheets, data visualization, and process automation. While Tino defines what needs to be done, Dino ensures the "how" is flawlessly executed – gathering necessary data from various client departments, processing it, and delivering effective tools for business decision-making.
