Mladen Eror is a highly experienced finance professional with over 20 years of expertise in financial advisory, with a strong focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity fund management, capital raising, and financial restructuring.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience as Managing Director of Copernicus Kapital d.o.o., a firm established to manage the Hrvatsko Kapitalno Partnerstvo L.P. private equity fund, backed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Zagrebačka Banka d.d., Cassamarca S.P.A., Erste Bank, International Finance Corporation (IFC), and Advent International. He has also served as a partner at CD Invest Consult GmbH (Vienna, Austria) and Invescom Corporate Finance - Global M&A (Hungary).

With over €200 million in successfully closed transactions, Mladen has a proven track record in capital raising, business valuation, due diligence, and strategic sales and marketing. His experience includes investments in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Croatia and the region, as well as participation in numerous cross-border transactions.
