Tino Šušković, Master of Finance, Banking, and Insurance Management, and Master of International Relations and Diplomacy, is an expert in finance, preparation, implementation, evaluation, and auditing of projects funded by national and EU programs. With over a decade of experience in consulting and finance, including roles such as external CFO, financial manager, and expert in preparing feasibility studies, business plans, and cost-benefit analyses (CBA), Tino provides critical expertise and services, leveraging his knowledge and skills to lead the GANTT team as a transformational leader.

He gained financial experience in auditing and as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in industries such as manufacturing, retail, energy, and start-ups.

Today, he leads GANTT Consulting in financing strategy projects and is driving the company towards new services and solutions to address emerging market challenges.
