Specialist in crisis management and procurement, with over seven years of experience in preparing and implementing projects funded by EU and national programs. She has worked in non-profit organizations, private companies, and higher education institutions, where she developed her expertise in organizing procurement processes and preparing projects. Vlatka has held a procurement certification since 2017 and is specialized in the preparation and execution of public and simple procurement procedures, as well as preparing bids for clients not obliged by the Public Procurement Law.

As a key member of the Gantt Consulting team, Vlatka works intensively on procurement procedures within EU projects, where her expertise in drafting Procurement Plans and consulting throughout the procurement process stands out. While some projects have their own procurement experts, Vlatka’s role is crucial for larger projects, where public procurement procedures are mandatory and require detailed planning and regulatory compliance. Her focus on avoiding financial corrections and adherence to the latest control body practices ensures reliability and security for clients in procurement processes.
