GANTT Consulting was established in 2015 under the auspices of the Institute for Management, with the primary goal of providing consulting services for EU projects. From the very beginning, the focus has been on offering expert advice and support to clients in the preparation and implementation of projects funded by European Union funds.

In 2017, the company was acquired by Dario Karačić, one of the lecturers of the “Development and Implementation of EU Funded Projects” program, bringing with him experience and expertise in financing associations and non-profit organizations. GANTT Consulting actively expanded its services in the field of EU projects, with financial services becoming an integral part of every project requiring support in this segment.
A turning point for GANTT Consulting occurred in 2021 with the arrival of a new owner who introduced a new vision, mission, and strategy. This pivotal moment marked the expansion of the team and a shift in the main services towards finance. From then on, the focus was on services such as the preparation of feasibility studies with CBA analysis, investment studies, business plans, controlling, and financial analysis, while EU funds remained an important part of the financing strategy.
In 2022, GANTT Consulting further strengthened its capacities through collaboration with a team of flexible external experts who contributed to the operational implementation of projects. This approach allowed for organic growth and enhanced the quality of services provided to clients, while the company remained dedicated to every project.
In 2023, GANTT experienced above-average growth but remained true to its “Boutique Consulting Firm” strategy. This strategy enables the company to maintain a high level of quality and a personalized approach to each client. New financial services were introduced, including capital procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises, management of financial departments, “Interim/Fractional CFO” services, and specialized reports for management, investors, and funds. Additionally, GANTT began conducting analyses and studies related to adapting projects to climate change and aligning with green and digital transitions.
In 2024, GANTT Consulting is recapitalizing to support stable growth and development and kept expanding boutique consulting services. The new offer includes financial modeling, "Due Diligence" and M&A activities. In addition, new business and security standards are being introduced to ensure the quality of services and efficiency in work, while maintaining maximum focus on each client. The launch of the new version of the website marks a new step towards increased visibility and strengthening of the marketing strategy.
